A Work Permit application in respect of the person named by the Deputy was refused on 21October 2013. In accordance with Section 13 of the Employment Permits Act 2006 a review of this decision was sought by the applicant. I can inform the Deputy that a Work Permit issued on 29November 2013 on foot of this review.
