76. To ask the Minister for Finance further to Parliamentary Question No. 47 of 21 November 2013, if he will detail in euro terms the total proceeds of all borrowings by the Exchequer lodged to the Exchequer account at the Central Bank of Ireland at the end of year in 2011, 2012 and end of October in 2013; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Rounding may affect totals

1. The Deputy should note that the net borrowing figure for 2012 excludes the Government bonds issued to IBRC in respect of the 2012 Promissory Note instalment of €3,060 million due at end-March 2012. Similarly, the net borrowing figure for 2013 excludes the €25,034 million in Government bonds issued to the Central Bank of Ireland in February 2013 on the liquidation of IBRC
