To ask the Minister for Health the current policy regarding the long-term absence benefit scheme that applies in the Health Service Executive; if he will detail changes made to the administration of the scheme in the past six months; if it is now the case that paramedic staff must exhaust sick leave before receiving social welfare only; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
