To ask the Minister for Health the position regarding moneys paid to general practitioner, GP, practices in the midlands and the south on the programme known as Heartwatch for 2011, 2012 and to date in 2013; the reason these moneys are still being paid in view of the fact there is a nationally-agreed model of care; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
