To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if the Health Service Executive requires all social workers to read and sign off on the child protection and welfare practice handbook; the number that have signed off and the number that have not since its introduction in 2011, the number of instances of non-compliance with those guidelines on the part of social workers the HSE has recorded; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
