As I indicated in my reply of 5 November, 2013, the HSE is currently working on systems to capture EHIC costs so as to enable it to commence the issuing of claims for reimbursement of costs to the relevant competent states in the near future. As this work is still in progress it is not possible to say at this stage the amounts Ireland is owed by other EU states under the EHIC scheme.
