To ask the Minister for Health if any allegation has been made to him or the Health Service Executive that private orthodontists working on part-time contracts in the public service for the HSE examining children’s teeth are referring children to their own practices for treatment; if he approves of such conduct; and if not the action taken to eliminate this practice; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
