The Sustainable Transport Measures Grants Programme in the Greater Dublin Area (GDA), which includes the project in question, comes under the remit of the National Transport Authority (NTA).  This Programme facilitates investment in the various Quality Bus Corridor, cycling/walking, safety and traffic management projects throughout the seven local authorities in the GDA region.
