To ask the Minister for Health the number of referrals made to a respite centre (details supplied) in County Limerick by Health Service Executive south during the periods 2010, 2011, 2012 and to date in 2013; if he will provide in tabular form where the referrals were made from; and the number in each case for each year requested.
