To ask the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) in County Donegal who was finally called for an appointment with a consultant and who has seen them on two previous occasions has been advised that they will now be added to a waiting list as a new patient and will be subject to a further lengthy delay for further consultation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
