Work is continuing on t he Patrickswell Sewerage Scheme - Networks Contract which is being funded under my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2010 - 2013.

In August 2013 , Limerick County Council submitted a proposal for an extension to the contract in the Ballyanrahan / Ballybronogue area at an estimated cost of some €0.57 million. This proposal is being examined in my Department and a decision on it will be made as quickly as possible.
