To ask the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if he will provide an update on all regulatory impact statements carried out in respect of Bills in his Department since this Government took office; if he will list these Bills in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The position in my Department in relation to Bills and Regulatory Impact Statements (RIAs), as sought by the Deputy, is laid out in the following table.
