299. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he will provide an update on the proposed use for a public building in Dublin 11 (details supplied), which is in the control of the Office of Public Works and which has been lying idle for more than three years. [40997/13]

The Commissioners of Public Works have agreed to transfer the property in question to Dublin City Council. The legal contracts are currently being finalised and it is expected that the transfer of ownership will be completed shortly.
