In response to the Deputy’s question the following is a list of Acts under the remit of my Department that have not yet commenced:
Name of Act | Provisions not yet commenced |
---|---|
National Lottery Act 2013 | None of the Act's provisions have yet commenced. It is intended that the entire Act will commence shortly. |
Construction Contracts Act | The entire Act is subject to a Commencement Order as it provides for the development of a Code of Practice for the adjudication of payment disputes in the construction sector. After the Code of Practice has been developed, the Act will be commenced. |
