Estimated income to the end of 2013 is in the order of €1,0 98 m. In subsequent years, in the absence of re-balancing measures, income is expected to fall by between 3-5% year on year, due mainly to the increase in the number of private vehicles taxed on the basis of CO2, which currently have lower average tax rates.
