To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 497 of 9 July 2013, if his attention has been drawn to an internal audit at a company in County Dublin that receives substantial Health Service Executive funding (details supplied); if his attention has been drawn to the findings of that audit; his views on the outcome of the audit and the measures he will take to address the findings and to prevent similar occurrences elsewhere; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
