The person named submitted an application under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme on 21^st May 2013 and was the subject of a 4% late penalty. The closing date for the receipt of applications under the 2013 scheme was 15^th May with applications received after the 15^th May accepted up to 9^th June 2013 subject to a 1% penalty per working day.

The person named submitted an appeal and following consideration of that appeal the late application penalty has been waived.
