The person named commenced REPS 3 in December 2006 and received payments for the full five years of their contract. A Supplementary Measure 3 payment for Rare Breeds under REPS 3 for €580 is due pending the receipt of documentation. A letter issued by my Department on 30^th March 2012 requesting the submission of a number of documents including the passports for the qualifying mares. However, in April 2012 incomplete copies of passports were received which did not include the ownership status of the qualifying mares. When these passports are submitted payment will proceed.
