The commencement of the reforms of bankruptcy legislation contained in the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 and the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013 are contingent on the making of the relevant rules of Court which are currently awaited. I expect to commence the legislation shortly.
