To ask the Minister for Health in view of the recommendations contained on pages 133 and 145 of the 2006 document A Vision for Change, if these changes have been implemented; if not, the date on which he plans to have them implemented, namely 14.2, 14.3, 14.5, 14.6, 14.7, 14.8, 14.9, 14.11; and with reference to recommendation 14.9 if he will list the units referred to and provide details of their current capacities; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
