To ask the Minister for Health the position regarding the provision of services to persons with borderline personality disorder; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that those with this disorder are high users of accident and emergency departments for self harm and that development of services for them could relieve pressure in emergency departments; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
