Under the current Rural Development Programme 2007-2013 [RDP] the total level of commitments for the years 2014 to 2016 is estimated to be €364 million. The table below summarises this position. You will appreciate that this estimate is based on the expectation that the applicants for support fulfil their obligations under the respective schemes. This estimate does not include commitments in respect of Axis 3 and 4 of the RDP as these come under the remit my colleague, the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government.
