874. To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 471 of 18 July 2013; if he will outline in tabular form, the complete list of estates and properties in two counties (details supplied) that have been exempted from the local property tax following a challenge to the Ombudsman; the total number of complaints that have been received by the Ombudsman in the two said counties; if he will break this down into developments where a waiver for a household charge applied; if his Department have examined the complaints and the ones they have ruled on; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
