The Department is engaged in a continuous process of assessing and deploying new technologies which support and enhance its activities. The Department operates and extends its technology systems and infrastructure in accordance with the sanction arrangements for ICT-related expenditure in Government Departments and Offices and the Programme for Government and Public Service Reform strategies relating to eGovernment and Cloud Computing.
