400. To ask the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the progress that has been made on a website portal and joint commercial and marketing strategy as outlined in the Comprehensive Review of Expenditure 2012-2014; if he will outline that progress; the projected income that such an initiative might accrue to the Exchequer; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Culturefox, funded by my Department, is available on the worldwide web at . It is also available in the form of an application of "App" for smartphones. It is free to download to smartphones. It is also free to practitioners who wish to upload arts and culture events. No income accrues either to the Exchequer or to anyone else from Culturefox. It is, however, of inestimable value to the arts and culture sector in promoting events free of charge.
