As the Deputy is aware, NAMA is prohibited under Sections 99 and 202 of the NAMA Act from disclosing confidential information, including details relating to individual debtors and their properties.

To ask the Minister for Finance if Anglo Irish Bank advanced a loan to a person (details supplied) in 2009; if so, his views on a loan being advanced to this person, despite their being a member of the Maple ten; and his views on whether a loan like this should not have drawn the attention of the public interest directors in the bank.
