To ask the Minister for Finance if he will provide details of the persons who were the partners and senior executives responsible for conducting the PWC Project Atlas - Anglo Irish Bank Corporation plc over the duration of the three parts of the report, phase 1, phase 2, phase 3; if any of the partners or senior executives who were part of the team or were involved in the aforementioned PWC report are part of the team currently valuing the liquidated Irish Bank Resolution Corporation loan book; the names of the partners and senior executives who have worked on both mandates; the total number of staff who have worked on both mandates; and if he will make a statement on the matter. It would not be appropriate for me to disclose the details of the persons that were partners and senior executives of the PWC Project Atlas engagement. The Special Liquidators have confirmed that they have received confirmation from PWC that no members of their valuations team are subject to any actual or perceived conflicts vis a vis IBRC.
