Employees and directors of Bus Éireann are required to comply with relevant provisions of the Ethics in Public Office Act, 1995 and the Standards in Public Office Act, 2001 and a copy of the Code of Business Ethics for Employees and Directors is available on the company's website.  If the Deputy is aware of any specific details of possible corruption he should make these known to the company and/or the Gardaí. I have also referred the Deputy's question to the company for direct reply. Please advise my private office if you do not receive a reply within ten working days.
