REPS4 is a measure under the current 2007-13 Rural Development Programme and is subject to EU Regulations which require detailed administrative checks on all applications to be completed before any payments can issue. The person named has made an appeal to the Agriculture Appeals Office in relation to his Single Farm Payment and Department officials are currently awaiting the outcome of that appeal before proceeding further with his REPS application.

The person named received 75% of his REPS4 2012 payment on 27^th June 2013 and he received the balancing payment of 25% on 2^nd July 2013.
