To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality how he intends to address the issue of access to therapy notes relating to children who have been sexually abused and the use of information contained therein in the context of criminal prosecutions; and if he will make a statement on the matter. It is my intention that this issue will be addressed in the forthcoming Sexual Offences Bill, which is at an advanced stage of preparation in my Department.
