To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the number of Section 29 appeals against suspension in post primary schools that were taken by parents of children with special needs; the number of Section 29 appeals against expulsion in post primary schools that were taken by parents of children with special needs; the number of Section 29 appeals against suspension in primary schools that were taken by parents of children with special needs and the number of Section 29 appeals against expulsion in primary schools that were taken by parents of children with special needs.
