Expenditure on the provision of prefabricated accommodation in the primary school sector in each of the past five years is as follows:

2012 - €3.1m

2011 - €6.9m

2010 - €8.2m

2009 - €9.6m

2008 - €17.4m

Approvals for the provision of prefabricated accommodation over the 2008 to 2012 period were as follows:
