To ask the Minister for Finance if a review of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 is currently under way to allow patients who self refer to claim reimbursement for physiotherapy expenses; if so, the progress that has been made with regard to reviewing the legislation; if it will be completed in advance of the Finance Bill in October; if not, the reason for same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
