127. To ask the Minister for Social Protection further to Parliamentary Question No. 152 of 30 May 2013, if child benefit will be awarded to the mother whilst receiving treatment in the UK; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [29519/13]

The child benefit claim of the person concerned has been disallowed as she does not satisfy the Habitual Residence Condition. She has been informed of her right to appeal the decision to the independent Social Welfare Appeals Office.
