525. To ask the Minister for Health if any payments have been made by his Department or agencies under his control since 2007 to provide foreign holidays for persons or families; if so, the way payments were made; the total amount spent to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has made no payments for the provision of foreign holidays for individuals or families. The position regarding the Health Service Executive (HSE) is a matter for the HSE. My Department has requested the HSE to reply directly to the Deputy in this regard. The information in relation to the Non-Commercial State Agencies is currently being collated and will be forwarded directly to the Deputy as soon as it is available.
