The person concerned was medically assessed by a Medical Assessor on 13^th May, 2013. The medical opinion was conveyed to Household Benefits Section, Sligo and a decision letter was issued directly to the person concerned from Household Benefits Section on 14^th May 2013 regarding the decision on her application.
