175. To ask the Minister for Finance further to Parliamentary Question No.80 of 21 May 2013, when he expects the Central Bank's of Ireland's administrative sanctions procedure into historic lending practices at Irish Nationwide Building Society to conclude. [26972/13]

I have been advised by the Central Bank that the investigation is on-going but that for legal reasons, including the Bank’s confidentiality obligations pursuant to section 33AK of the Central Bank Act 1942, no further details can presently be disclosed.
