To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the reason two lift shafts at a train station (details supplied) that have been completed for a number months, have not been made operational; if the construction contractor involved has handed over the project to Iarnród Éireann / DART operations; if not, the reason there has been a delay; when he expects the lifts to be available for use by public transport users; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
