To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if she will provide in tabular form format the number of child abuse cases reported to the Health Service Executive or managed by the HSE from 2000 to 2012 respectfully; and if she will provide a breakdown of the categories or type of abuse that were reported in each year.
