My Department publishes details relating to exploration authorisations granted together with a map of the locations concerned on a regular basis on its website at: . The latest report and map known as the Acreage Report and Concession Map respectively, is in respect of the position on 1 May 2013 and a copy of this report and map is available on the Department's website. The report gives details of each authorisation including its holders, period of activity and location. Since the publication of that report only one new authorisation has been granted, an offshore petroleum prospecting licence to Spectrum Geo Limited. There are no exploration authorisations extant at present in respect of the onshore.
