367. To ask the Minister for Social Protection if she will consider reviewing the age requirement for those social welfare applicants with a disability in view of the fact that many persons do not conform to the usual milestones in the developmental and independence sense and cannot be self sufficient without the care of parents or carers who are prevented from accessing certain social welfare payments for example child benefit and so on upon their children turning 18 and who from June will not receive the mobility grant; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
