592. To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the reason a person (details supplied) in Dublin 13 has been refused further financial assistance; if this decision is contrary to national policy under the leaving and aftercare services; and if he will ensure that this decision is reviewed in view of the stated responsibility of the Health Service Executive in such instances to support such persons until the completion of the education they are engaged in, which extends a person's eligibility for support beyond 21 years up to 23 years and the detrimental impact that this decision will have on this person in view of their academic achievement to date and plans to continue this to degree level.
