I can confirm to the Deputy that I am in receipt of such correspondence.

I have been informed that the draft lease agreement between the parties was issued by the lessee to the solicitors for the lessor yesterday, the 13th May 2013. On confirmation of their acceptance of the lease, the formal lease will be issued to them for execution.
