356. To ask the Minister for Social Protection when a disability allowance which has been awarded in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Limerick will be granted; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [22700/13]

Following his successful medical appeal, weekly means (if any) will now be determined and a final decision on his application will be issued shortly to the person concerned.
