685. To ask the Minister for Health under Health Service Executive guidelines, the number of hours of speech and language services per year which should be allocated to children with severe phonological disorders; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22828/13]

The particular issue raised by the Deputy is a service matter for the Health Service Executive. Accordingly I have arranged for the question to be referred to the Health Service Executive for direct reply to the Deputy.
