To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government if he will use his power under section 21 (16) of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 to remove the Director General of the EPA from her position following her public comments that the EPA will not be racing to prosecute business for not complying with environmental licences and regulations.
