70. To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government if he will confirm that under his Department's guidelines for a house claiming exemption from property tax that it will be sufficient that a structural report by a chartered engineer containing opinion that damage to house is due to pyrite induced heave together with a hardcore test result showing pyrite content above the IS-398 threshold level be provided for exemption from property tax.
