To ask the Minister for Health the way in which speech and language services are allocated in respect of young citizens who have a severe phonological disorder; if he will indicate the number of hours on a weekly or monthly basis that citizens with speech and language support needs are usually allocated; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The particular issue raised by the Deputy is a service matter for the Health Service Executive. Accordingly I have arranged for the question to be referred to the Health Service Executive for direct reply to the Deputy.
