To ask the Minister for Health if a report into the charges being imposed on the service users of St Patrick's, Kells Road, County Kilkenny and those that use the community house at Millennium Court and the management and information given regarding stoppages from the bank accounts of clients using the service will be made available in view of the commitment made by the Health Service Executive management at a meeting of Oireachtas members held on 9 March 2013 [19072/13]
