To ask the Minister for Health when he expects the Heads of Bill to be published to legislate for the X-Case; when he expects the legislation to come before Dáil Éireann; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16504/13]

It is my intention to seek approval to publish the Heads of a Bill in April. If approval is obtained, the Bill will be introduced in the Houses of the Oireachtas in the summer session.
